What is the return policy?
All my products are handmade - and are either one off unique pieces or part of a very small collection. With that in mind i unfortunately can’t accept refunds.
If your product is deemed faulty on delivery, please contact me via email and we can discuss next steps. Thank you for your understanding.
When will I get my order?
As a small business, I create, make and ship all products and orders myself. I aim to ship products within 4 to 6 working days of ordering. Thank you for your patience.
Who makes the products?
All crochet products are handmade by me, Laura, in Newcastle upon Tyne. The heart and hands behind Norda.
I do source some bag straps and chains from other manufacturers to ensure my bags are secure for your use (after all I’m no metal worker!).
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (dispatched within 4-6 working days, and sent via Royal Mail First Class) is £5.99.
Orders over £150 are shipped for free.
